Big problem with the package. The suitcase containing my package was stolen at the Havana airport. It took two weeks, but Destiny Travel finally reimbursed me for the cost of purchasing everything again and reshipped the package at no extra cost. Thank you.

I liked the service. I shipped my order in December because of the excellent offer they were having. These holidays are very difficult for shipping, and of the three packages, one didn't arrive within 24 hours. When I went to see what was happening, they greeted me kindly and explained what had happened. Everything was resolved, and my family received the third package. I was delighted with how quickly the food arrived; even the yogurt was fresh and intact. Thank you so much.

The best without a doubt, the speed of delivery is crazy, they told me that my package might be delayed because it was New Year's and it turns out that it arrived to my family in less than 24 hours, I give them 5 out of 5.

We have used them twice in early April 2023. Everything arrived to family in Habana. Quickly and complete. When one item was stolen from the package they paid for it and the free shipment to replace it. Even frozen meats arrived quickly.

They are very responsible and the merchandise arrive to Cuba between 1 or 2 days never had a problem
